All orders to Canada are shipped for a flat fee of $8.50 (please contact us at customerservice@littleonedesigns.com for Canadian orders). Fees to ship to other countries vary, please contact us at customerservice@littleonedesigns.com. Delivery Locations Our eCommerce store is currently set up to only process orders being shipped within the United States. If you would like to place an order with a shipping destination other than the U.S., please contact us at customerservice@littleonedesigns.com. Please note, however, as a company we can only accept credit cards with a U.S. billing address. Delivery Timeline All orders are processed in the order they are received and should arrive at the shipping destination within one to two weeks. Taxes In accordance with MA tax laws, 6.25% sales tax will be charged to all MA customers as well as out of state customers who are shipping to MA; Customers who do not reside in MA and are not shipping to a MA address will not be charged sales tax. Materials and Durability All Little One Designs burp cloths are made by using Premium 3-Ply Center Panel Cloth Diapers as a base. The paint we use is non-toxic, permanent and is resistant to fading. Little One Designs burp cloths are extremely durable and with the proper care (indicated below under Care Instructions), will still look adorable even after months of use. Care Instructions Machine Wash in Cold Water Line Dry or Tumble Dry on Low Heat Do Not Use Fabric Softener or Bleach Personalization Burp cloths can be personalized by first name, first and middle name, initials or any way the consumer desires for no additional charge. If you do not know the name of the baby, but would still like to purchase burp cloths, another phase (e.g., Daddy's little girl, Mommy's little boy, etc.) can be substituted for a name. Packaging All Little One Designs burp cloths or burp cloth sets are wrapped in a beautiful gender appropriate cloth ribbon, and adorned with a Little One Designs tag indicating contact information and care instructions. Gift Messages Personal messages can be included if your item is a gift. Simply indicate that the item is a gift and type the personal message during the check-out process. Special Orders We are in a creative business and are always open to new ideas. If you are interested in a design idea for a burp cloth that is not included in our product gallery, please feel free to call or email us and we will make every attempt to create something custom for you that meets your needs. Rush Orders In urgent matters where an order is needed prior to a certain date, customers should email or call Little One Designs with the deadline. In these special situations, although guarantees cannot be issued, we will do everything possible to meet the deadline provided. Please note that given the time needed for the paint to dry on the personalized burp cloths and necessary shipping time, we need at least 1 week lead time for even these situations. Return Policy Due to the personalized nature of the burp cloths, we do not accept returns.
